Forgot Password? Issues
If you have tried to use the Forgot Password? link on your mot-r instance, available from the login screen:

There are a few reasons why this mechanism may not work for you:
- Sometimes people have multiple email accounts they use, and the email account they have in mot-r, is not the email account they have entered into the reset password field. So, mot-r doesn't send a password reset message to an account that doesn't exist in the application.
- If that isn't the case, then our password reset emails often get labelled as SPAM. If you can check your SPAM filter/folder the reset email may have gone there.
- Lastly, you may not be registered in mot-r at all with any email. If that's the case, the system will not tell you that you are not a registered user and it will not send any message to your email address to ensure we keep security tight.
